Don't remember Roy being that heavy in the IFL. No way he goes 3 rounds against a
well conditioned, upper level UFC fighter.

I try not to get involved in these threads because I put a lot of heart in to this sport but please..... It has already been proven twice that non UFC caliber competitors can knock kimbo out or wear him down in only 10 minutes lol.... Get a grip and I don't mean on kimbo's balls. I cant believe Kimbo is on the lead for an expected win in the poll. This guy Roy Nelson could suck and beat him just like Seth Petruzelli did.... Although instead of 9 seconds for a knockout like with Seth I predict Roy to do it in about 5 minutes because he is a fat dude with losses to amateurs as well...

lol I was right I believe. My Kimbo did a bit better than I expected and Roy dissapointed by holding him down with his belly and tappin him but whatever

Yup not gonna happen. In fact Wes Sims I believe will win this show. Not a lot of people recall the beatdown he gave Frank Mir before he got disqualified. Dont forget Tcarswell told you first Wes Sims will win the show.
Not that I like the guy though he has the skills.

i dont understand all the nelson hate. A win is a win and it's not like he cheated. You do what you have to do to win. The punches were lame, but the ref had to stop it since Kimbo couldn't defend himself even though no real damage was being done; he even let it go in the first round. It sucks for Kimbo that he only weighs 230. I can't find a vid of him vs. Monson. I don't know if he gassed, but he went all the way with a quality top-15 fighter.

I don't hate on him. I picked him to win. He (Roy) lost against Monson although it was
considered controversial as many thought he should have one. Brad Imes, while an OK fighter,
he has lost 4 of his last 6 fights. 3 by way of TKO.(yes the gut is still there)

Guess I wans't attentive enough with IFL. Just can't imagine fighting 3 rounds with a gut like
that against UFC top tier Heavy weights much the less 5 with Brock Lesnar. With the skills he has,
you would think he would put some effort into is diet. Shed 30-35 lbs and his quickness and agility
would increase immensely. If your gonna fight, train to the best of your ability is all I am saying.

I wasn't necessarily saying you were hating on him, it was more of a general statement. I like Brad, but yeah, he's nothing great.
