sorry to hear about your fish mate nothing worse then to get home from wwork and find out all your hard work and pleasure gone every fish becomes apart of ya famaly in some way

if u dont find out what happend and certain it was the cuse i would just start the tank new and fresh complete water change and a freindly scrub and clean and if u got anoutehr tank just save the water 20% water out of taht and put it in the fresh tank to kick start your bacteria again

Anyone who doesnt get upset about losing fish and say i dont care should stop keeping fish. I could buy a fish monday and if if dies on tuesday ill be upset

any serious fishkeeper would want to know what happened before getting new fish, especially if all of the fish in the tank died at once . . . a situation like that surely points to user error . . .

i care that my fish died, i was just really pissed when i posted. I figured it out, the heater must have shorted or something, because it isn't working now. I got a new heater and have a couple goldfish swimming around in it. Im going to watch what happens to them to see if it was the heater or if there is some other problem.
