This is a sad way to do my next update on this fish.

This fella spent the last 3 years outside in a pond.

Unfortunately he couldn't handle the winter that this year threw at him. The past week has been the coldest on record for winter in the last few years and unfortunately he couldn't handle it.

One of the coolest fish I have ever owned. The last measurement was at 30".
