here in Idaho a few weeks ago there was a news story about someone pulling out what they THOUGHT was a pirahna from a neighborhood lake. but it turned out to be a pacu. freakin' people these days!

yep. they could live year round in south florida, and even in some of the 72* spring water of north florida
