they look just like cardinals, but if you think it is the neion diseas then that is what it could be, but it could be the osmatic pressure is alot different form the LFS to my tank. what ever it may be i am going to not get any or a wile untill some new ones come in, so i think its some more plants and such for my tank at the moment.

Thats good you sorted it. Not many shops use RO water!! They will advise you how to reduce osmotic shock in future. (slow drip acclimitisation)
 
maybe next time when you buy fish ask for a second bag with just RO water in it, with whatever they add to it before they put it in the tanks. that way you go home, put the clean water into a bucket, net the fish into that water (no ammonia buildup from traveling), and do a slow, slow drip acclimation.
