Every few minutes I hear a cracking noise coming from the area of my 35 hex. What are the chances that this tank can crack, or explode for no reason? Any help would be appreciated.

if you hear noise and you are getting worried of a blow out. drain the water out. move the fish into something else temporarily. until you figure out the problem
When I had my 55 gallon Mbuna tank, I kept hearing a cracking noise. It scared the crap out of me, and it took me a long time to figure out what it was. I was so worried that the tank would just give any day. I finally figured out that the noise was just fish running into the glass thermometer and making it hit against the tank
The water level in tank is being lowered now. I bought the tank used, and set it up 2-3 weeks ago. I can't drain it and move the fish. I have a breeding pair of Jewels, and the fry that are about a week old. Last time I moved fry this young, every one of them died. Joel, want the 125 back?

Usually you would have been right. I had to watch the thermometer to make sure.Angler;1703154; said:
