UHHH HELP ME NOW

You've shut down the filter and it still made the noise?

Take out as much water as you safely can till you can move the young if that is your priority.

Seams rarely make a noise when they give out, but that doesn't mean much .

In a darkened room with just the tank light on, look at the seams for refracted light (like looking thru a crystal).

You could duct tape all the seams as a temporary fix too. Just don't press to hard.

And mark the water level on the glass so you know if your loosing any.

Keep us posted and check your flood insurance :nilly:.

Good Luck,

Dr Joe

i had this problem in a 10gal i had and it turned out to be my fish picking up the gravel and hitting it on the tanks glass making the craking sounds there is no chance that this is your problem also ??

I turned out the lights, and the glass looks fine. Could the stand be making the same sound as glass would? It is fiberboard with a laminate cover.
