Hi ,To save me going through the whole of the 7000000000 pages is there still a visit to Pier happening ?
Do you need any help with good hotels ?
Are there any fish that people want to buy ??
Would you like a few refreshments putting on ??

Well, the stand is done! I've been humping concrete blocks and wood all day. NOW however, I has a problem. I can't move the beast inside by myself. I may have to tidy up the house tomorrow morning and go round to my neighbours place to ask for a hand getting the tank into the house and up onto the stand.. This thing is going to look AWESOME. Looks like I'll be able to get it done before the meet after all! :)
great news ,, pics of your bricklaying to compare to mine are a good idea :)

1) yup, indeedy.
2) Mine's sorted, not sure about anyone else.
3) personally I'm not going to buy fish at this meet... unless I see anything REALLY special.
4) hehe, anything to help get over the IMMENSE hangover that at least a few of us will be sporting on sunday.. :)

hehehe, doesn't even compare, man...
as this is a rented house, I can't set anything permanent, so the stand is built with no mortar, just 35 concrete blocks and wood surfacing. I have worked out that the tank when full will weigh in at over half a ton...
