i try not to use any salty foods

whitebait and sprats are way to oily for my tank they also mess up the tank water bad

pellets all the way

i get my squid from billingsgate market (london) i get a box and it's so cheap you can't beat it any where else.
i get the frozen shrimps from tesco they tends to be the best, or if i can't be ask to go down tesco i just use some shrimps from my shop. (get them delivered).
i get the frozen cockles from billingsgate market (london), again three massive bags for just £10. who can beat that? a bag can last a month lol.

I usually buy my dry and frozen food from Wholesale Tropicals in Bethnal Green. fantastic family run staff and always my first-stop for rare fish.
but i buy my mussel meats from either ASDAS or TESCOS. 97p a box and just the right size for my fishe's.
havent bought any dry foods via the mail order and probably never will. cos the Royal Mail service is unreliable.

any of you guys know if getting earthworms from the tackleshop safe for fish to eat? and where are tackleshops? im in east london.
