Im very confsed and stressed after reading the last few pages, i cant stress what a bad and irisponsible idea importing 10 arapaima into the country is. They have been recorded at 12ft++ i have seen one at tat least that size in a zoo i canada and james is right the only person who has a tank anything like big enough was in PFK magazine a bit back, thats only 1 guy and zoo's wont take them let alone buy them dont bloody well do it it will result in their death and sufferig ad it gines the hobby a bad name!!

Do you mean the guy that built his own mega tank ? The article about the guy i'm thinking of was called "The tank that jack built" He could look down into his tank through his living room floor . Ive tried looking for this guy but no luck and PFK removed the article , don't suppose you have seen any more on his tank ?

its what on the list i havent got a licens i just sell them on helping out my mate has 1 though im waiting to see how its going at first as he owns a LFS and he sorts them coming in .

not knocking you mate, but your a very young lad so if your making claims you can import certain fish your probably going to have to make your "business partner" known to give your selling credentials some backing so people have any faith that if they place an order with you it'll actually materalise into a legitimate sale

i'm not calling you a liar or anythnig like that, so please don't take offence. But common sense says any buyer would be slightly sceptical.
