Ulcer Disease/bacteria problem

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
settle down. I was only commenting that NOT all of us in Canada have water issues with our Rays as lincolngoh alluded to...are you sure you are reading what I posted before you start shooting off your mouth?

12 Rays? 15 Aros? in my tank? are you kidding? LOL. are you sure you're not looking into someone else's tank? or referring to someone else? I've updated my tank often here and I don't recall seeing 12 Rays inside or 15 Aros....

FYI....Matt....who did you say I contacted or when out of my way to contact? I have NO clue what you are referring to! you should check your sources my friend....

Its obvious something is bothering else is bothering you...so easy Matt for you to trip off like this hence getting banned.

If you read what I posted I was saying NOT all of us have water problems (city water system) with our rays, I didn't want Lincolngoh to think we do! simple and straight comment, nothing else in my posting had mentioned anything in your rant.

Once again Matt, I did not make any comments about your ray having no clasper....you need to read my post! besides I have no clue who this distributor is for the rays as i ONLY order from my trusted supplier in Canada and have NEVER tried going elsewhere....READ MY POST Matt...it's regarding Linc's comments about Canadian Water

and chen can you explain why i paid for a female and got a 2year old male ray out of the same supply yours came from???? "probably would take a good look at yours too buddie" and a two year old male ray would have claspers longer than 2 millimeters well one is longer than the other as you can see in this photo .and again chen why do you even care if indeed its the truth its again not your buisness.i ordered two rays one looked alive in the bag and was dead as soon as i was done dealing with the other.after 40 hour shipments they always look dead intially but you wouldnt know cause yours come from 2 hours away and you have no idea how to acclimate rays after super long shipments too you have already proven on the other forum i am on. do i need to show anymore proof for you big guy, since being a "big major ray player and run a aro club" you are my idol chen secretly you are lol but i will never be as cool or the boss of a aro club

Geez Matt. Your pretty quick to take stabs at people.

Im glad you found a solution for this issue.

Sad thing about it is, you were already given advice on what to do before this thread was posted on here. I now see you regurgitating the things you were told to do. Only took you over a month to do it.

Start taking advice when you ask for it.

Excuse me Joey Regurgitate what you told me i should lower the temp right away when i already had him eating I'n 30 degrees.the condition of him at the time just to dump the temp like you said would 100% have killed him.i did agree with lowering the temp but i waited a while to do it.he is now I'n about 23 degrees "thanks for the advice" and i don't really want to get into it with you Joey so leave it at this.abd everything you think and say is not right like you seem to believe.just like the 1400 gallon tank i build and you were telling me my tempered glass would bow and break.well it's been almost a year that glass only bowed a tiny bit land still going strong.you also must not be so quick.anyways i do now agree with you about cooler water !just out of curiosty how long have you been keeping rays for Joey.

he was getting better but now he is just staying that way kinda in the middle ??? or a bit less.vey slow eater usually wont eat in front of me unless i dump blackworms over his spricles i see him suck them up and chew that way.also have live shrimp and sails he eats that are living in that system.i am really trying to fatten this guy up so i can take a picture but it wont just bounce out of it.he wont take anything bigger than a small ghost shrimp.

And JOEY i dont want any arguements we have had some good conversations in the past i do respect your knowledge and experience but lots of the stuff you are saying i have regurgitated from you like the acclimation method of which i used on rays i imported in 2009 from thialand which was about two years before i ever met you just to let you know.and i used that exact same method on these rays a few days before you said this so i dont know why you are even being a d-bag.just to remind you i am not a expert like you i have only been keeping rays since 2004 my ex girlfriend bought me a hystrix for my 20th birth day in the end of may which i killed two weeks later.i can remember this because that year the calgary flames went all the way to the cup. and got screwed :(

Your attempt to save that ray was kind, admirable and inspiring. I would like to express my sincere condolence to you for your loss.

Best regards,
Tom
