how do u see to that it gets its fair share of food in that kinda tank, i mean i know they are aggressive eaters, but with that kinda stocking keeping every one well fed, there must be some thing else u do too
Thanks! Why did I miss reading your post.
First I prepare the necessary foods. I deshell the shrimps/prawn and feed the shell first to all the big fish till they are almost full. I cut up the prawn to very tiny pieces and spot target to feed the african aro or it sometimes goes up and I hand feed it to get it share. The hand feed all my lungfish as they get out compete for food if I don't. Then the last part is just trow in 3 lbs of mix shrimp/prawn, smelt, tilapia, mussels and gobies. Then turn the lights off and leave the room. All those procedure will take me 30-45 minutes of my time.
