The link is definitely a Scleropages Jardinii. I've seen 2-3 Jardinis that look like the one in the video. It's probably found in a certain area or some sort of crazy pearl breed.

Yah, this one is a Aussie Jardini not an Asian Arowana.....

It was explained to me as a Jardini with a Batik pattern...
