Ultra High Tech 300 gallon Discus install journal

I think every aquarium should have one.

They can turn lights on and off, control heaters, chillers and fans, watch pH
The Apex in particular can tell you exactly how much power each outlet is using and has a sophisticated but simple programming language that lets set all kinds of "if this condition exist - do this" actions.
Not to mention if anything goes wrong it will send you a email and/or text message letting you know.

I like the e-mail options. I would really like to just log on my smart phone and check status like temps, flow, power use. I love the options! Thanks for the reply!

You can set up a web-cam on the system as well and get a live video feed on your phone, if it supports the proper streaming video system.

The same Apex base unit and can also monitor multiple tanks and/or sumps all on the same system. You can run a total 200' of cable from module to module.

It will.

There will be a 75-100 gallon storage tank, that will be heated, Co2 injected to match tank pH and dosed with fertilizers and minerals. It will be monitored with float sensors and pumped into the main tank automatically with a built in overflow on the sump to drain excess water away.
