it looks like a panama umbee to me
 
He has freckles I don't believe he is female the fish in your pic has a different shaped head the pics were taken with my iphone so they are not very good.He was purchased from jeff not as a panama green so I have no reason to believe that is what he is.
 
ok yeah then he is a regular blue..... The pic I have in my avatar is actually a male, there is really no GOOD way to distiguish male from female according to traits IMO and experience. Best way is to vent but even that isn't the easiest of things to do.
 
That umbee doesnt look to well. His body seems curved and lack of color.
 
Seems like he has a curved spine.
