Whats up MFK Fam! here is a quick video of my Wild caught male Beani. I've had this guy for over a month now and he is starting to be more confident in his tank. This guy given to me by a very close friend of mine who is also a member here. He told me that this Beani was one that was collected by JoeFat Fish and is around 2yrs of age. I must say this fish is quickly becomming one of my favorite cichlids that I am currently keeping. His patterns and color are insane! However he is a very shy eater and will not take food while Im present. I plan on trying to spawn this guy as I've yet to spawn Beani and would love to keep this species as a pair. Thank you. He is indeed a very beautiful Cichlid. I love those red eyes and that honeycomb pattern the species posses. His previous owner did an awesome job keeping him. He is currenlty in a 100 gallon by his self awaiting a girl friend.
