you really should sell most of those fish. almost every fish in there will out grow it by themselves. i wouldnt even worry about the eggs...you dont need anymore fish.

lol! if you are going to make fun of someone's knowledge, maybe you should learn to spell!

first of all you do not have to worry about the eggs ..with out a male to fertilize them they will fungus.. the terror is the most likely candidate that left the eggs..usually you can tell because the female will hover over her brood of eggs whether they get fertilized or not..unless she decides to eat them out of stress and frustration.. :D females produce eggs with or with out the male..but if no male no babies.

is their a chance that any of the other cichlids could be male? i know some cichlids can breed outside of there own kind.

the only south american cichlids i have are the GT (3 and a half inches) & ocsar which is about 2 and a half inches. is it possible????

i quess there is always a chance.. but you can eliminate the labs, peacocks, jardini, and all the rest of the africans because they are all mouth brooders.. they carry the eggs and fry in their mouth .. until ready to spit.. the Oscars and terror are totally unlikely to breed.. the female terror is most likely maturing even though she is small ..and just had the eggs.. the gourami's are also a possibility of laying the eggs.. do you have a pair of them or more then one.. at least that is how i see it..;)

then i guess they are just unfertile eggs?
