The thing I found trippy was the Japanese Govt. actually tried to predict the range of a tsunami, and placed markers that said land beyond the markers were "safe".
Well, this tsunami went a mile over the markers and the people who thought they were safe because their land and houses were beyond the markers were totally caught and unprepared when the waves hit.
on a side note, if anyone do have spare cash, pls try to donate for the relief efforts.
I donated $100.00, to the American Red Cross, and was able to use it for this year's tax
deduction, which was also decent.
