best thing you can do to kick start an aquarium is by putting used filter media from another tank in it to cycle it (make sure that tank is free of sickness though) that will give it a huge boost

Stability Sux, they claim that u speed the cycle process to one week, i added some ammonia to the tank to try it. and in one week the ammonia was still there, no Nitrites.. Stability is crap

Strange, I used Stability when I setup my 40g Breeder and in one week it was fully cycled, of course you have to be sure you don't add too much ammonia (4ppm is enough) and you have to follow the instructions on the Stability bottle to the letter (shake, shake, shake the bottle evry time you use it), but I think it's gr8!
I have used stability a few times. Worked great for me both times. I fully support the product. Is it better than a cycled tank? No. Is it a instant cycle? No. It speeds up the process and makes the water safee for fish during the cycle.
