U.S.A. 1973 Not under the radar. But a guy at work never heard of it so... My favorite movie scene ever? The gov't "soup line" intentionally causes a shortage and subsequent riot. So they can call in the "riot squad" garbage trucks with front end buckets to scoop up the masses and haul them off to the "soup plant". Ha ha!
