Isn't the lounge supposed to be FUN? Always politics and craziness in here......I never feel relaxed or "lounging" when im in this forum anymore. No offense J jaws7777 but all this seriousness is killin' my happy-mode. We need a sub-forum for political and economical discussion, cuz this and more than 1/2 of these threads just does NOT fit in with awesome ones like "Nature"

idk, just seems like "The Lounge" is too generalized of a forum and needs needs to be split into sub-forums. Wondering if anyone agreed with me.....here's a beautiful picture of a glacier and a polar bear, and here's a nuke test and people getting killed .....they just don't go together.

I think the lounge is fine. Not sure how a vid of a nuke is such a big deal.

I dont read a thread if i dont find the title appealing. No politics were mentioned so im confused as how it was taken that way ? Infact i dont see many politics being discussed other than. Few conments hear and their more social issues than political imo

no, no....it wasn't the nuke thread itself, I have been thinking for a few weeks about how the lounge needs to be split into more sub-forums, this just reminded me cuz it's the 1st time I've used the lounge in weeks.....haven't u guys noticed I kinda been staying out of the lounge lately.....political stuff gives me the heebie-jeebies, but I love the nature threads and science-based topics....I just think they need to be sorted differently.....too many general topics in the lounge that have absolutely nothing to do with each other.......one minute you're reading about advice for job interviews, then you're reading about Bane-wannabees getting beat to death in prison then you're reading about how to smoke a rack of ribs and eat it while watching/talking about zombies

You must have missed my Panda Express thread,that's pretty lighthearted lol....anyhow the lounge gets nowhere near the traffic that it used to,back then such a request or idea might have held a little water.

I like the randomness of the lounge. If things were broken down into sub categories i would miss a good thread because i may not find interest in the overall forum.
