Underwater lighting

Can someone point me in the right direction to get prices for good underwater lights?

I am thinkging of building a pond in my basement and I want to light it from under the water so I can see my fish without having a glare on the water surface from overhead lights.

^^ they sell something similar to that product at lowes for $20 but I dont' know if it will light up the water as well as I would like.
