Unfriendly Fahaka

thanks pufferpunk, but the camera flash makes his stripes much more pronounced than to the naked eye. looking foreward to the mbu forum, im very interested in mbu's. will you be providing a link to the mbu forum whens its up and running?

I haven't kept an Abei personally but they aren't any different in behaviour as any of the other target species.

I raised my fahaka from a 1" baby.

I love these fahakas! I want one but do they have to be kept alone? If I have a 200+ tank do you think I could house a fahaka and my RD in the same tank? My wife does not like big tanks with single fish lol.

its a risky try as your red devil may end up dead or even your fahaka being killed by the aggression of the Devil....

Fahakas can bite a pleco 2x their size in half. Every once in a while you get a nice one though--maybe a 1% chance.
