Unhappy with my 75 gallon.

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
African knives are fun. mine eat from my hand. you could do at least 2 and maybe something like an african butterfly fish, congo tetras, and a goofy, yet active, pictus cat or two.

I love my oddballs, and keeping something you've never kept before is always a good way to get out of a rut.

Polypterus ! A group of upper jaws not overly active but interesting none the less

I ended up with a 120.... didn't like the height or depth of my 75. Have you thought of polypterus? All have different personalities, look interesting, and usually are very active. I have a endlicheri and a Senegal, both interesting to watch.

Warborg that sucks my wife is trying to do the same thing when we move... what are you keeping in the 75

Just basic peaceful fish. Goldfish, pleco, cories and an albino rainbow shark.

I did the Cichlid thing back in the 90's and got burned out.

Dont blame you cichlid comms are too much of a hastle for me too. Really digging the polys though

If you don't know...Plecos are my favorite. Again back in the 90's, I had over 100 plecos with at least 50 of them being different kinds.

It's sad... today I only have one(he's a bully and won't allow other plecos in the tank).

To Op, sorry for the derail.
