Who wants to be on their deathbed saying 'well, I never got drunk, ate my probiotics everyday and cooked my chicken thoroughly'

I guess whatever makes you happy. Personally I love experiencing new things *cough* I mean you only live once and if you think about it this world is so messed up so make the best out of it whilst we can! As long as we try to do our best and learn from our mistakes I really don't see a problem!

I will say this, if you pollute and throw **** out of your car window you deserve to be kicked in the **** repeatedly! :D

very true...Balance is healthy and that is what it is all about. Waking up hungover is terrible, but the memories I had with my buddies I laugh about for years and never forget ha. College...

Watch your caloric intake. Generally processed foods including things like poptarts and fast food are bad. Try to incorporate some sort of exercise in your life, everyone is too sedentary and all sorts of problems arise.

FYI skinless chicken breast is the ultimate healthy food-but let me know if you find someone who bears eating that every day!
Also snacking on things like sugar snap peas, broccoli or (unsalted) almonds is a much better alternative than chips or doughnuts.

Poptarts are my kryptonite! Going to eat some in the morn

I eat a bunch of almonds, with sea salt though, only problem is they get old really fast. I like to throw a few cashews and raisins in them.

From the research I have come across it seems that caloric intake is really not the issue at all. A good high fat diet resulting in high calories (think coconut oil, nuts, fish, pure MTC, even grass fed butter etc) with good quality fats is a good thing and has proven to result in huge health benefits and faster weight loss then the general "2000 a day calorie rule". I never and will never count calories.

Mike Dolce and Dave Asprey have a lot of good info about it...I agree with Dolce a little more and try to stick to his "earth grown nutrients" path.

My kryptonite would have to be chips though ha

It is always a good idea to be aware of calorie intake overall.. but to actually count them is sabatoge to a diet for most people.. you have to have more freedom to make it a lifelong change.
