Goes to show how slow datnoids grow, only like 8” in 1.5 years

Looks like it's been eating really well,why did you have your friend grow it out,just curious?

at the time didnt have the right growout tank for him. Luckily have a few great friends on here who are amazing fish keepers. This one is now happily residing in my 800 gallon

i was actually extremely impressed, from 3 to 11 inches in one year. Massivore pellets do wonders
