Unique nigerian lapradei

Could this be caused by trying to blend in with the substrate to camouflage? I've never seen anything like this before with changing patterns. Polys are so cool.

Im not sure if thats the cause, ive seen alot of poly that are in bright substrate but only a few have this morphe going on, this is the second case ive seen it, first was the one that Vancouver_98683 showed me and the 3rd on is FishNCash have.

Second one look like the skin is peeling off, if you look closely in its belly.

Thanks guys, for still liking this two, i really thing its weird but unique how they turn this way. I hope they get better and turn back to normal like the patterns they had before.
