Really hard to show cause I use spotlights for the tank, so he is always moving in and out of the lighting. Sometimes he looks all white, when he is under the light.

Think it wont be platinum... still can see reddish colouration marking on the scales on this fella. But yes it's paler than normal. Keep it in a darker based tank for a week to see the colouration is more accurate.
