It’s a porpoise. You can tell because it has no nasal cavity on the snout, blow hole is covered by the carcass. Porpoise teeth are much like terrestrial herbivores, one of the ways you can tell a porpoise from a dolphin. I’ve seen porpoise washed up on the beaches, freaky looking, but nothing new.
