Unknown fish

My cousin went to a fair yesterday and won a fish. He brought it to me and told me the guy said it was a gold fish, which it isn't. To me, it looks like some kind of pond fish, but I have no clue. I'm sure y'all get these kind of threads allot, but could y'all possibly help me identify it? I couldn't get a picture at all of him, so here's a not so clear video. Sorry for the quality.
