So I've noticed that there are 3 creatures in my tank that I have no idea what they are. They have eyes like a Praying Mantis (In the sense that the eyes are big), but they have six legs. Their coloring is a clearish brown. Here are the best pics I could get with my phone (I don't have access to my DSLR right now), so bear with me...

it looks like a dragon fly nymph to me. It seems kind of odd if they are in the tank and im guessing the tank is indoors?

It is inside, but I ordered some of the shrimp that came from a pond store in Florida. It came with some type of floating plant that has little bulbs on it. Are they harmful at all?

Dragonfly nymphs eat other fish or inverts also they have a nasty bite so watch your fingers

get rid of them. you don't want those in your tank. They will absolutely prey on your shrimp.

Bro, they are definitely dragonfly's babies and will feed on smaller fishes. They must have infiltrated throught the plants. Must remove them.

dragonfly nymph. get rid of it. or put it in an empty tank. theyre pretty cool, but kill anything as big as them or smaller than them.

put them in their own tank...or feed them to bigger fish

dragonfly nyphs had some as a pet from the river and will eat baby chiclids and guppy sized fish u really should remove them and with a net because they do bite
