Unknown sickness

The parameters weren't awful just did one. I lost a ton of my stock. The parameters are ph less the 6 put stuff in there to raise it. Ammonia 2 nitrite 0 and nitrates 0-5. I added 3 caps of prime. What else should I do? Add some bb from a bottle?

After doing large WC and increased aeration by powerhead, the parameters of course look good. What you need to diagnose is why the parameters went bad and the fish died off. If the tank has been established for a while and suddenly the parameters went bad, there could be two likely causes. You added some chemicals to the tank that killed off the BB, or your canisters have not been cleaned for a long time and went aerobic because of a power outage in the middle of the night. You haven't answered the question on when was the last time you cleaned your canisters?
