Look into some diffusers too. If you're going to use slave flashes on top of the tank, you can fill the front of the tank without washing stuff out.

Bought one for someone as a gift. I've used it several times (even at a wedding....which made all the difference in the world). The shipping was fast and they answer any questions you might have. Definitely worth getting. I need to get off my ass and get one ordered for myself.
