Yeah, it started off in season 1 really good, lots of tension. It's a bit lame now though. I'll finish season 2 when it resumes but if it's more of the same i don't think i'll be watching season 3 if they make a season 3 that is.

I had the same impressions as well.
 
"The killing of a sacred deer" is actually watchable, but only just. It has several totally bonkers moments, in fact the whole damn storyline is bonkers, but the scene where the father is telling his son a secret about.......ugghhh, i can't even bring myself to write it down, you'll have to watch it. However, on the whole i've got to say that "Mother" takes the prize for weirdest film i've ever seen.

LOL!....I remember trying to watch it years ago and it was too wacked out for me just after a few minutes.

I saw it 15+yrs ago and am still wondering wtf just happened
 
Oh my god, forgot about clockwork orange. Probably because after 15 mins i had to switch it off. I think mother and killing of a sacred deer are multiple oscar winners compared to clockwork orange. I think everybody involved in the making of that film were high on drugs.

Yes! I am glad you watched them both, I think I agree that Mother! was more weird.

I saw sacred deer in theatres with my Mom and ya the secret part was quite strange haha, also the ending with him spinning around with the weapon made me laugh, what a crazy set of movies.
