Thanks Peter. The leucistic HRP was spawning with the strongly striped female when I was taking those.
you have a very beautiful tank and awesome stock. ur cuban is female. The istlanum.... I would say male only because it killed other three, but honestly its stilk a lil small for me to be sure. It does look male, but give it another month. As he grows he'll take over your tank hands down, with a lot of trouble from grammode pair.

well, I was going by the black in the dorsal that is usually pretty accurate. I think it was correct though. 2 of them have appeared to pair up, or are at least right next to each other 24/7.

Thanks man! Yep, female cuban and Im starting to lean towards female with the istlanum, although thats only by her body looks compared to yours and other larger females. Her fins too. A real slow grower as well.

Current stock still working out smoothly for now:
4x carp. vontehillo 3-5 inches (2xm, 2xf)
3x HRP 3-4 inches (pair and one male)
1x female tetracanthus 4 inches
1x red istlanum 3 inches
2x midas piebald 3 inches
2x grammodes (pair) 3 & 4 inches
2x neets 2 & 3 inches
4x clown loaches 3-6 inches
and a crappy phone pic I took tonight.

Hey bud, your tank still looks sweet. I'm gonna try a central theme for my next community tank. Your istlanum,... i would agree with you. It's looking female, I can see bars trying to come thru on her back. And she's not displaying tons of spangles. You.could try to look back at some of my first posts of mine for comparison. It with another month you'll be able.to tell for sure
