ya i just got the one,wanted to get more but my pockets rnt that deep right now. im very happy with him, hes always out and about. he didnt eat last night but ill try agoin tonight.
the sand is play sand, i rinsed ot for 3 hours....... 50lbs in this tank.
i love the bichir, in fact if i could only have 1 fish it would be the bichir, i bought him when he was just a little worm at 2". he goe on little hunger strikes in which he wont eat unliess i offer sumthin new.... im runnin out of foods....................
when i set up the tank i just piled the rocks in, staggered the plants and poured in sand. i like the way it turned out, alot better than if i had tried to make it look good. it was going to be an african biotope, but i fell inlove with the NGT.
