The general rule is to feed the size pellet ideal for the smallest fish in the tank. Big fish can eat small pellets just fine, it just takes a bit or training. How big is yor smallest fish?
 
smallest fish is 2.5" he eats 1mm pellets but my arowwana likes 3mm not 1mm nls
 
Yes, definitely try the 2mm rather than the 3mm. That's probably a major reason why your tank gets so cloudy after feedings, because the fish cannot swallow the pellets whole.
 
Some pronunciation problems I noticed during your commentary:

Salvini = sal-vin-eye

Midevil = my-devil

Gammodes = gram-oh-deez

Argentea = are-gen-tae
