dont think so,as i got a 8"-9" senegal with it,its thin compared to my other bichirs

they just have a wicked temperment that can be unleashed....nice fish, but i still say you need a few more

What temp are you keeping it at, Hao? Do big ones handle temperatures in the high 70's/low 80's okay? I'm looking to get a bigger one since my last one was eaten...

mines is currently in 82-84 F so should be fine,mines eat alot tho,always big belly after feeding
