Update of South American theme tank (updated with monsters!)

That's one of the better aquascaping jobs I've seen on here. Very impressive. Is that too many plecos to have in one tank? I only say that because everything else in there is gonna get huge along with them. Once again, that's the kind of tank I dream of puttin together.
 
What is this cichla in the foreground? Looks like Cichla Mono. to me
Orinocensis? and that might be, but its without the spots. Right coloration, no spots :)
How abt this? Looks like a Cichla Mono.
