The tank dimensions are 96" long, 48" wide, and 24" tall. It makes a nice 16 foot long wall in the basement. The wet/dry is not centralized. There is one of those for each system. I like keeping them seperated; prevents a sickness in one system from affecting the other (thankfully sickness hasn't been an issue at all).
