They're pretty rare on mars for sure
depends, the "channels" on Mars surface would allow for a nice stream to travel
I would bet all that oxidized iron dust would inspire some magnificent color schemes. Could even be that theres a broader spectrum of color on mars. Never been though, s'hard to say.
