Update on histrix pups

I didn’t breed my big pair. But the Behaviour you are describing is exactly the same as I see/saw in my own pair. :)

Very calm rays. My new pair spend most of the day sleeping in he same corner (in the shade of a floating box with plants). Together. :) My Scobinas though, are all over the tank all day long. Kinda funny to see how different they are in their behaviour. :)

Just hope it’s my turn to breed both species this time. :)

What is your male to female ratio?

Histrix are my favorite ray. People are missing out on some great fish.

You are very lucky. JW are you selling these if so how much? I wouldnt be able to purchase one because im setting up a coral tank but jw what you would be looking for.

As of now, I am not selling them. Going to keep them for awhile. I'm hoping to grow them out and pair them up with the male that is NOT their dad. He is still small around 7-8", so hopefully I can pack these ladies full of food and get anther group going.

Just getting an idea on how much these go for. If you were going to sell them what would you put the price as?

Very cool if i ever have the money i will deffinatly wait and see. They look great keep it up one pup at a time raises the population.
