I will gladly move some pups your way some day. The largest female marble is about 7 inches. I will have to get her on a power feeding/multiple water change regimen.

nice rays 7" on that first marble definitely going to look good love the jags too. the question is how big is the future pond looks like you will need a big one for those bad boys. thanks for sharing.

7" Thats going to be quite a wait. With that color I thought she was bigger.:(

Power collection. What the marble size now?

They are around 7 inches. The male aparicio brought a nice bacterial infection into the tanks around the time everyone else was having out breaks. It was almost like it stunted there growth. After a month when all signs of infection where gone, they grew almost an inch in a week.

Future pond is either going to be 6' x 6' or 8' x 6', haven't really decided, they are around 9 inches now, so I have some time.

i have two 300 gal rubbermaids and if you go 6'x6' i can tell you this it is defiantly the best bang for the buck. i have 3 adult females in one and things are ok, but really seems crowded so if it is for the jags as you know the bigger the better. good luck on your pond.

Bigger is definitely better, but it is so hard to plan a huge setup when they are still small. Your first reaction is (now I have more room to buy more). I keep telling myself that once I move them into the big home, that will be there last move so it needs to be big. I sure don't want to be handling a 24"+ ray with a 3 inch wide tale:eek:

Thanks so much everyone for all the nice comments! I am very happy with all of our babies! My absolute favorites are my marbles and our big male jag. One day, we will have to add a handsome male marble for our little girls!:)

I wonder where you could get one of those? A disease free male Marble with a nice pattern that is captive bred and will NOT cost you an arm and a leg?

:D
