well i'm not very good at taking pics and it changes color alot so i think i'll have to wait till its bigger but heres the best ones i could take

the pattern on it in these latest pictures makes it look male...but really theres been males with female patterns/fins and vice versa so i dont know

yes but they all don't act the same females are much smaller and less aggressive most of the time

I'd say it's a male from the color too because my male in twice that size but still has a lateral spotting. But the body does kind of have a female shape to it. Give him/her some more time I guess.

female body male markings? i think its female because of the plump belly but it mite just B fat. i agree give it some time and then post new pics and we will tell yu for sure.
