I forgot to upload this one haha
man his color is soo vivid. and i think your stump is B/A...do you know where somebody can find something like that? i live in albuquerque nm and there aint much drift wood out in this area

I feed him lots of stuff. Big name pellets and frozen shrimp.. I think I just lucked out with him. Your reptile sand might float too.... I would return it and just get some pool filter sand or if you can some 3m colorquartz sand.. But that stuff is hard to get haha

I found my stump at a local river, and there were more there too that I could bring back... But I dont know about NM, never been there haha

For sure man. That stump is in there for good... It is about the only thing other that that Oscar that has stayed consistent since I got the tank set up.

now that is a gorgeous tank!

i can just picture myself sitting in front of it and whiling time away in bliss and peace...

what substrate is it and how hard is to maintain it?

Its a really fine play sand, and it is quite annoying... It is really light so it get kicked up all the time and it gets all up in my filter and then my water goes really clowdy and not nice looking... But it looks good when the water is clear.

Thanks dude
