Update on my 5 month old arowana

from what i hear it depends on the city.. living in brooklyn, NYc is super strict on fish.. idk why but everything is legal in NJ and Long island.. makes no sense to me..

sorry for the wrong information...it is actually the pelvic fin and not the pectoral fin ...will it eventually join back?...:confused:
