You have no idea what your talking about.
Definitely 4ish" the turtle is being grown until big enough to be put in with the fish. He will be swallowed if put in now.

Poor thing, whats he plan to grow it out in? A 3 gal can't be used much longer then maybe 2" shell diameter.... And we all know how his plans to upgrade go. (refer back to his 500 gallon tank build thread, also refer back to where he wanted to slow down in the hobby and didn't want to upgrade anymore because of "girls".

Thats a different tank. That's the fry tank for my convicts. He's in a 3 gallon bow front.

Would you happen to have a land portion in your extremely spacious 2-3 gallon tank? surely someone with your infinite turtle keeping wisdom would know that a turtle cant swim forever and need a place to rest and or dry off every now and then?

Andrew, with the way things are going here... I think it's best you either keep your discoveries to yourself, if you're going to keep doing what you're doing or stop posting them in general. I get the feeling some people are enjoying the flak more than they should. I came in here to see a colorful JD, now I'm reading about how a turtle should be released and practice of ethics. Seeing as clearly no one here can change your mind, it makes no sense to try to convince them otherwise. The same applies to you, you clearly don't see yourself doing anything wrong and it would be pointless to continue as well.
