Update on my awesome looking jack Dempsey!

I got the tank used, A couple years ago. The bulb let's off an orange dim. The gravel is a yellow, brown mixture. The water is crystal clear. Another way I know this is when I take my background out it looks like the fish are floating mid air. But the lighting makes it look weird.

Yeah it's not tannins - I have a driftwood heavy tank and currently have no tannins leaching but I know what a tannin tank looks like, which this is not.
After going through this thread and another one of his linked I have to wonder how he is not banned? I know it's up to the mods to determine what deserves a banning and what not and what I say makes little difference. However I belong to other animal type forums, one of which being a Lab forum (Labrador Retriever forum that is) and if someone came to the forum and proudly talked how they keep 3 lab pups locked in a closet all the time it would outrage everyone, be considered animal cruelty and that person would no longer be welcome on the forums.
Why is it that different with fish? Granted everyone makes the mistakes when they're newbies and upon coming here learn from them and then try to do their best to fix the problem whether that is giving away fish or buying a larger tank (and not just saying I'm getting an upgrade in x amount of months so no worries) but actually GETTING that tank up and running today, tomorrow, yesterday.
To me the OP is proud of what he is doing to the animals in his care, and no matter how many people tell him that what he thinks he knows is wrong and tries to educate to help him, he ignores it and keeps on posting.

Personally I believe a temporary ban and a warning for Andrew1002 and he will start to take some advice here, no buts.
Yes, my tank is overstocked. Yes, I know this. No, my fish are not crammed into their tank. They can move freely. If they were fully grown adults then you could say they are crammed. They are juvenile fish which are still able to freely move around in their tank. My fish will be getting an upgrade as soon as I can. If you look through my threads you will also see how every little thing I say is bashed on. So, I've learned to take advice while ignoring these ignorant comments. I am by no means "abusing" my animals they are happily living and they are growing greatly as you can see. I come on here to share advice, learn, and search. That is all. I don't come here to be told how I abuse my animals, when they are in fine Living conditions. There is no "set" aquarium size. There are only recommended sizes. Which people say whether or not fish should be in. But, these fish don't need that size tank, it's just recommended. I know all of my fish together will need a 100+ gallon tank. So I don't need to be constantly reminded of this. I'm well aware.
