He eats some pellets but has been known to hold out. I always feed pellets first and may or may not give him tilapia depending on the feeding schedule.

I have officially gotten my dats to only pellets and nothing else. Just in the past couple days I have gad success feeding him massivore! Today he was slamming them! At his size he prefers the massivore broken into thirds but I have seen him eat a whole one this morning. :cool:

Thanks. Me too. The tiretrack eel, texas, and dat survived and are doing very well. I bought a polleni/bleekeri, festaes, and a butti to help replace those I've lost from that disaster. I made growout threads for them if you were curious. :)
