I think i was just trying to tell myself its a male because thats what i wanted. Does look like female from other pics i saw but she has some blue in her fins thats why i thought male.

Look for spotting in the unpaired fins, the males show this at a very small size and is the best way to sex them. Both males and females will show color in the fins and face at that size.
